WHAT IS A “HIGH PERFORMANCE BUILD” ?

You buy a car with the hope that it will handle like an extension of your body; it will be safe, look good and run well.  At Denton we believe your home should function similarly.  As an extension of your mind, your home should provide a healthier, ergonomic environment.  By taking common building practices and customizing techniques to each project, we’ve been able to develop a formula to value engineer any project to meet the client’s needs and stay within the allotted budget.  Denton focuses on building projects that are enduring, beautiful, functional and more efficient than the competitors.

OUR BUILDER

As head of construction, Kevin Lang understands the building process from start to finish.  Ushering ideas from preliminary concepts, to delivering the keys to the finished product, his passion drives projects to completion.

As a native to the South Bay area, Kevin developed a great appreciation and love for the region and became passionate about construction with minimal environmental impact.  A significant amount of his building experience has come from working on some of Palos Verdes most unique and exclusive homes. 

As an alumnus of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo’s Industrial Technology program, Kevin has always had a fascination for invention and formation.  Parlaying that fascination into construction and development has put Kevin’s projects in a class of their own. 

Lasting business and personal relationships are the cornerstones of Denton Developments.  Client relationships are sustained on the understanding that houses are built, but homes are created.  Kevin has dedicated his career to setting his projects apart from the rest and creating lasting relationships.  He believes, by keeping constant communication with the client, meeting deadlines, managing budgets and time, projects will be beyond successful.
